A custom skin is authored independently and may contain textures, effects or character models. An official skin is a Riot-produced visual product. Downloading either kind of file does not grant ownership on a Riot account.

FrekansLoL focuses on compatible custom skin collections within a Windows desktop interface. Only use packages from sources you trust and avoid unknown executable attachments. Patch updates can change which packages work.
Free community files and Premium access
A community file being free does not mean the FrekansLoL application is free to use. The installer is free to download, while the desktop application requires a valid Premium license.
